Rights to uploads
Upload only content you own or have permission to publish. Credit alone is not permission. A photo purchase, horse purchase or social-media repost does not automatically grant a right to republish every image, article or video. Avoid uploading full publisher articles, paid catalogs or copyrighted reports without authorization.
Linked research and news
Racehorse Connect links to original publishers, organizers and businesses and uses attributed factual references. A link does not establish a partnership, endorsement or transfer of rights. Publisher access restrictions and subscription requirements still apply. Please report an incorrect attribution or rights concern so we can review it.
Request a review or removal
Email racehorseconnect@outlook.com or submit a copyright request. Identify your name and relationship to the rights holder, a reply email, the protected work, the exact Racehorse Connect URL, the material you believe is unauthorized, and a clear explanation. State that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized and that the information you supply is accurate; include your typed signature if acting as the rights holder or authorized representative. Do not attach unnecessary private documents. This contact channel is for rights concerns; it is not a claim that a designated agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Our response
We may restrict access to material while investigating, ask for clarification, notify the uploader where appropriate, remove material or restrict repeat misuse. If you believe a removal was mistaken, contact us with the relevant URL and evidence of your permission or rights. We may need to retain request and review records for safety, dispute handling or legal obligations.
